It was through my own experience of buying and selling real estate that the idea in 2015 for Styleness was born. Witnessing the transformative result of preparing my own home for sale with intentional styling, combined with my love of interiors set me on a path to where I am today. With over 20 years of knowledge in the property industry, it is now my aim to help clients elevate their property to its highest potential by creating beautiful and functional spaces that connect with their ideal buyer.

I truly believe that preparing a home for sale with thoughtful styling will add value and ensure the best sale price possible is achieved. With a talented team alongside me, we are committed to a hands-on approach when working with clients to transform their homes for sale. Our ethos is based on integrity, quality and attention to detail, infused with our signature contemporary luxe styling to deliver exceptional results every time.

When I’m not in my creative zone, you’ll find me spending time with my husband, three adult children and much-loved fur baby. I also love the opportunity to travel, experience different cultures and immerse myself in the world of interiors wherever I am.

Meet Tony

Development Director

Tony is a Licensed Builder and Registered Building Practitioner, leads our property and development division. He has dedicated his 30+ years of experience to the construction and property industry, working for large corporate companies including Multiplex as a Site Manager and Lateral Estate as Construction Manager and group CEO.

Styleness Properties carries out its own development across Sydney, with an emphasis on good design and quality, ensuring all deliverables are achieved. We are licensed builders with an option of completing our own construction or sourcing highly regarded external licensed builders to complete our construction contracts.

Development planning and due diligence is key to sourcing the right development site. At Styleness Properties we are proud to have a strong and trusted presence with key stake holders across many sectors. Partners in business and life, Tony and Vanessa's portfolio includes an expansive number of properties on the Northern Beaches, all prepared and sold in record time.

Meet Annalisa

Styling Assistant

Passionate about creating beautiful spaces, Annalisa loves to bring a sense of harmony and balance to the energy of your property. Inspired by the importance of wellbeing, Annalisa enjoys transforming your home and creating the feeling of tranquility and peace.

When she’s not working there is nothing Annalisa loves more than spending time at home with her husband, 3 grown children and her gorgeous whippet Gracie. You might also find Annalisa shaking it up at a salsa dance class.
